Over the years, Rio Pinar Golf and Country Club has been host of several amateur and professional events including the Florida State Open and Florida Senior Open. It has also been named one of the top golf courses in the area by a number of publications and organizations. Today, it remains a popular destination for golfers of all abilities and there are amenities such as the golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool available to members. Rio Pinar Country Club, also located in the neighborhood, features a golf course. tennis courts and swimming pool for resident use. And it is near the University of Central Florida and Valencia College East Campus, so it’s a popular area for students and faculty.
