Screening Criteria for Leasing Applications

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application and pay a non-refundable application fee. To complete this application, you need to provide 2 years of employment history, 2 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references, including fax number/email and phone number.
Please note that most properties require your combined gross income to be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount.
IN ADDITION TO THIS APPLICATION, YOU WILL NEED TO SEND US A COPY OF YOUR LAST 2 MONTHS PAY STUBS (OR OTHER PROOF OF INCOME). YOU CAN ATTACH THESE TO YOUR APPLICATION, OR FAX THEM TO OUR OFFICE.
MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS MAY BE TAKEN FOR THE SAME PROPERTY, AND LANDLORD OR MANAGEMENT MAY APPROVE WHO THEY WISH EVEN IF MULTIPLE APPLICANTS QUALIFY.
Please note that if your application is considered “approved”, an approval offer is not secured and is contingent on any requested information being submitted in-full and confirmed received by Management/Landlord. Management/Landlord may revoke approval offers at any time. Approval offers do not constitute a lease agreement.
